PINOT GRIGIO 2021

Bright straw yellow colour. It smells of spring meadows, fresh fruit and citrus fruits. Dry, fresh and persistent taste, with a certain pleasantly bitter character. Pairing: spicy cured meats, hot vegetable appetizers, dry and broth-based first courses with legumes and vegetables, white meats and grilled fish, semi-hard cheeses. Excellent with seafood salads, pumpkin flan and Montasio sauce, anchovy and pepper skewer.
